Team Description:
The Robo Avatars are a team of 7, 8th and 9th graders from Fremont, CA. This is our third year participating in FLL. All team members love playing sports or playing instruments, but we are all united through our love of robotics. We have gone from being eliminated at the qualifier, to champions at the qualifier, and most recently being 2nd place champions at our regional championship. Through all of these stages, we have learned a lot about robotics as a team. We enjoy learning new ways of programming the robot to perform tasks more efficiently and accurately. We practice hard and compete well at tournaments and enjoy learning and sharing with other teams in the competition. This is our last year of FLL and hopefully this will turn out to be our best year!

Brief Submission Description:
The Senior Mobile is a mobile unit that brings a senior-friendly environment to seniors in various neighborhoods. The Senior Mobile consists of a brain stimulating game room, a medical center, a tech help center, and a mini-food mart. Some goals of the Senior Mobile are to slow down memory-loss and help seniors lead an independent life. In the game room, seniors can play various games like Brain Age. In the medical center, seniors can check their blood sugar and blood pressure. The tech help center provides seniors with assistance with modern technology. In the mini-food mart, there will be basic foods, like bread. The Senior Mobile also acts as a start for providing seniors with an array of other services such as vaccinations, legal help (taxes), and online social assistance. The main reason of how the mobile will help is that rather than seniors having to go to get different services, the services come to the seniors. The senior mobile will be able to help seniors stay independent.
